I nearly always order by phone and am impressed by the friendliness and professional attitude of the staff. Tracey, Archie and all the staff who answer the phone.(sorry I can't remember there names) Alan and the other trade counter staff are always friendly and welcoming. My orders are always waiting for me to collect. On the few occasions I have a delivery I am always amazed how well the items have been packed. I made a point of thanking the packing team on one of my visits. Overall a excellent company, could you just lower the price of the mouldings (joke) no,not a joke.
