Lion, as well as many other suppliers still have a problem with quality control of mouldings. Mouldings are sent out damaged, twisted etc. I know this is not all Lion's fault - it is how they are sent from the manufacturer, but it does cause us, the customer problems. We have to check each delivery as soon as it arrives, you can't assume that it will be OK just because the packaging isn't damaged. What is the answer??? Perhaps someone a lot further up the chain could look into it? That said, the staff at Lion are always very helpful and sort out problems (that shouldn't be there) straight away
