Very friendly and well informed staff. Good range of stock. Slight frustration that mouldings are often faulty, with damage or finishes that vary too much from stick-to-stick, and I'd like a bit more effort to check stock before it's sold. Having said that, whenever I've had a problem it is invariably put right without delay. My only other criticism would be that the trade counter can sometimes appear undermanned, on Monday mornings especially.
