As usual Lion's service really friendly and efficient, however they've asked for a review. I happened to make a mistake with my last order so enquired whether I could order just the correct item, 2 x pack of double brass picture hooks, and pay postage. I was somewhat disappointed to be told that the carriage would be £26 as they would require packaging. Rather than wait until I needed another full order I found an alternative on e-bay post free. Moral is, Lion have a brilliant range and service but make sure you don't leave anything off your order that you need before your next order.
