Staff on the phone approachable and helpful as can be but... the online ordering service I feel needs to be modified or clarified.
When orderning moulding by Quick Order, the quanitity is presented as per metre. This would imply you can order 1, 2 3 etc metres and online it does calculate accordingly. And charge. There is no clear indication at this juncture that this quantity will be rounded to the nearest length.
Also one of the lengths received was noticeably bent. Why sent?
