Not very good at all, I placed my first order online for a moulding that said it was in stock, I also checked this via website live chat. I was phoned 3/4 days later to say it was not in stock and there were not really any alternatives but they will cancel the order and I can look myself if I want and place a new one. If a discount or similar was at least offered of next order I may consider at least trying the service again but it wasn’t and just lost me a few days processing my clients order and left me to go back to them and apologise whilst my previous supplier fulfilled what I needed.
