Delivery from placing order is excellent. The main Supplies Catalogue is a bible which I diligently mark with items ordered (and in use) over the years. The current website exhibits some failings (run time errors) and the numbering system brings up some odd bedfellows when a part number search is used. The biggest let-down is the introduction of price changes (historically usually up, though not always) and increased delivery charges from 2 January 2019, when the new catalogue and its prices will not apparently be ready for a couple of months. This encourages using alternative suppliers.
