Excellent service and very quick delivery but:
Very high delivery charges for small items which could be sent by post
Very high minimum order charge £50 before VAT and carriage is a lot for small organisations such as clubs who only need a few spares
Unusual items not indexed on your web site, customer has to know the part number which is a bit of a problem
