We have been receiving a lot of damages over the last few months and I have had to chase your team over and over to get damages credited. Also, the couriers you use are independent van drivers a lot of the time their standards are not great, to say the least. It is little wonder we receive the stock in poor condition.
Saying that all credits are now up to date, hopefully this feedback helps sort out some of these issues.
