I always order on-line and collect at the counter, but on this occasion I needed to see a sample. I placed my order in the usual fashion and it was ready for me as always when I arrived. I then ordered moulding based on the sample I saw and it was added to my existing order, which saved messing around with an extra transaction. The staff are always friendly and obliging.
