I have shopped at Lion for well over the last 15 years. When I lived in the Midlands, it was easy to call in to collect materials etc. Now that I have re-located to the East Anglian coast, I rely on the chop service - which is very straightforward on the website. Orders are extremely well packed and delivery is quick and trouble free. On the odd occasion when something has turned out to be wrong, the replacement has been dealt with without fuss and received very speedily. An excellent customer service all round.
