Lion is a great company to deal with, always friendly, responsive and quick to resolve any issues, not that there are many. The website is superb, it is so easy to order what I need. As a small picture framer's I really appreciate visit from the sales rep, especially as mine is an ex-framer. I'm not so sure about the speed with which Lion are starting to discontinue moulding.I'm encouraged to stock new mouldings, I promote them to my customers who often come back wanting the same to match, only to find that Lion no longer stock that new moulding. It makes me nervous about trying new mouldings - I would say that they need to stick around for a minimum of five years, my customers have long memories and short pockets. And the only other comment concerns the quality of moulding dispatched, both the colour matching and the incidences of dents, faults, etc. It's becoming more frequent that the colour doesn't match the chevron you've supplied.
