I have been a costumer of Lion for the last 20 years and have always received great service from them but recently I ordered so moldings and found after I removed the gauze wrap that one of the lengths was split and unusable (manufacture fault) which left me unable to finish a short notice job.
I rang Lion and they dispatch a replacement length immediate which arrived in time for me to complete the job. I can only express my thanks for service above and beyond normal costumer service.
