When I telephoned for advice the woman on the other end of the phone was incredibly helpful. When I went to the click and collect desk the man there was super helpful and very friendly. And the range of frames are actually incredible! A fabulous business in the heart of Birmingham- felt good to be dealing with such a great British business. Thank you Lion
