Having previously used the company's excellent products I ordered a picture hanging system on-line which was very straight forward and easy, whilst delivery was almost instantaneous, well next day. The next day I went to order some small fixings but the total cost was less than the on-line minimum for delivery. However, a short call to the Sales Team resulted in the order being processed there and then by a very professional and pleasant lady member of the team, with delivery arranged. Superb service and very happy to recommend the products and the company.
