I booked a Monday morning demonstration of an Inmes pneumatic underpinner with Jack and Mark and was thoroughly impressed with the technical knowledge and customer service displayed by both. So much so I immediately bought the underpinner and by lunchtime the next day Jack had installed the new machine in my shop. A couple of days later I had a slight issue with the machine, phoned Jack who talked me through a couple of checks and was back up and running straight away. I have always been impressed with Lion since my first contact with them 20 years ago and this recent experience has only reinforced that.
