We have been customers for over 20 years. This order hasn't gone smoothly. One of your telephonists hung up on my wife when she was trying to establish how the replacement frame was different to the one we have used extensively. We redialed and fortunately Tracey was available. Over the years she has been unfailingly helpful and friendly. I signed for our order and received one box which says one of one. The box containing the chop service hasn't arrived. I have a witness who saw me carry in what I received. We need the frames by the end of this week which Tracey has promised to arrange. This is all unfortunate because over the years we have received excellent service including from Nicola Harrold herself.
