I order online these days ,its,quick and easy ..and the delivery is always prompt.I had a rare problem with a replacement glass cutting wheel recently so had to ring ..it was sorted without any fuss and the lady on the phone was polite and very easy to talk to. I have been ordering for about 8/9 years now and used to visit the Hayes store before it closed I wish i could think of some criticism as most of us like a good moan..but cant.
