My delivery was an item short. I phoned and spoke with a very helpful Lion rep and was told to email Lion explaining the issue. I have as yet had no response, not even an acknowledgement to say that my email has been received. I do not want to have to keep phoning to find out what is being done but I was expecting a swifter response to my problem. I do not imagine that they receive so many emails that it would take so long to address my complaint.
