Where is my order? One full week and counting and charged £14.95 for goods worth less than £100. Was told it would be here today again between 3 and 5. It's 5.20 and no surprise it's still not here.! What a pity such a great company are let down by such a dreadful delivery set-up. I expected so much more. A refund of my delivery charge really doesn't cut it at this stage. It really is hard enough to survive in business with Covid without this.
