Amazingly fast support. Out of all the exchanges I have used houbi had the best support. Never disrespectful and replies very fast. Although fees and transfer times for certain types of deposit may take longer and some products are also not so straight forward. Overall experience is great so far! Kucoin is the worse. Will ignore you, disrespectful. And they are cheating some of their clients. Some products are giving the wrong computations and they do not care. Why would they, more for them.
