They sent out an incomplete order without noticing me upfront. It was actually a promotion. It would have been attractive for two lipsticks but just getting one and still paying full for shipping was not such a good deal. Especially because I didn't receive the one that was more important to me. I wish they would have contacted me upfront then I could have canceled the whole order. I still love their lipsticks, but wouldn't order it anymore from their site.
