Very disappointed, I contacted them about a difference between one shoe and the other by email where I provided a picture of the shoes, also spoke to a person by telephone. I was informed that all shoes are inspected prior to dispatch, had they then they would have seen what I saw.
I returned the shoes for a refund which was dealt with promptly.
