I was looking through utube and pinterest during the covid incarceration here in New York and came across the Lisa Eldridge red lipsticks place an order for two of her lipsticks in April. I realized last week that I had not received so I reached out to the company using their customer service email. I was given the tracking email and pretty much told it was delivered. Even though I did not receive it. Lisa Eldridge did not offer to reship my order and I was stunned. Will NEVER EVER order from them again poor customer service.
