Lack of professionalism, lack of personal interest, I spent a hour on the sales area not one person came out, I went in the building in the end, and had to walk in the office.
Not interested in selling you a car, don't try to help or offer advice. The place has gone downhill in two years I've brought from here for about 10 years but sorry to say won't be again.
