Very disappointed in Listers who have been unable to supply two bedside cabinet ordered in December 2024
At time of order the estimated delivery was end of January 2025
I was Informed in February that the supplier had delivered the wrong cabinet size but the correct size could be delivered in 2 months, then a couple of months later I was informed that the product was no longer available from supplier.
This was really disappointing as the bedside cabinets were bought to match a bed in the same range.
I was offered an alternative product from new supplier which could not be viewed as it was not yet available in showroom .The alternative bedside cabinets took a further 2 months to be delivered but failed to go with the existing bed.
Whilst I was able to return the alternative bedside cabinets no compensation was offered by Listers to recognise the long wait, disruption and the significant problem of now purchasing matching bedside cabinets to go with the bed.
I had also bought a number of soft furnishings to go in the room at considerable expense assuming the original bedside cabinets would be available
I was very very disappointed and surprised that there was no recognition to negate the upset the above series of events had caused.
