I ordered a rain cover however when it arrived it wasn’t what I thought I’d ordered or what was advertised on the website. I contacted little trekkers and they were so helpful. They sent me a returns label, told me to send it back and refunded my money straight away. It was back in my account within a couple of days. I was super impressed. I will definitely order again as their customer service was fantastic and I love good customer service.
