We ordered a size 5 bog wellies for my little boy. The original style we ordered was unavailable (hence 4 stars) but they were quick to email to offer an alternative or inform me I could wait for a bew shipment. I chose a different style and they came very quickly. Great customer service. Thank you. Also the Bogs wellies are great!
