Fantastic customer service! I had a problem ordering a child carrier online and emailed the company over the weekend, while their office was closed. Their communication was excellent - they got back to me as soon as they could via email and also rang me. The issue was resolved without any hassle. They even ordered a colour I liked which was out of stock, and after just a couple of days they rang me again to let me know the item was on its way. Result: a very satisfied customer.
