I had an amazing experience with Little Trekkers. I ordered a winter jacket for my toddler and when I received it it was the wrong size for him, so I called up and asked if I could send it back. They waived the return fee and send me the next size up without me having to go through the website again to buy another one. I like their range of clothing and would highly recommend them based on the lovely personal interaction I had. A welcome change from faceless internet exchanges.
