Excellent company to deal with. There was a problem with my first order due to an incorrectly packaged item (I was sent a larger size, but the bag label stated the size I had ordered). The return and refund were quick and easy, and I was able to order a new snowsuit in the right size (slightly different design as it was a sale item and there wasn't another of the one I'd originally ordered, but that's fine!)
Lovely to deal with, will definitely be ordering again in the future!
