In the Birmingham shop, they sent my food to the wrong table, the customers daughter ate some of it before realising it wasn't what she has ordered. They then took it away and 2 minutes later tried to give me the same plate of food. Lucky for me there where only 2 tables in the shop with people sat at them, so I could see what was going on behind counter and could see they hadn't made a fresh crepe. When I accused them of what had gone on,they didn't deny it, just offered to make a fresh one. Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. I'm guessing none of the staff have a hygiene certificate.
