Very speedy service, and well-packed parcel. I did e-mail to cancel the order, having (after about six months!) found the items I had ordered, so there was no need to replace. No reply to the e-mail, and goods arrived - it doesn't matter, because another pudding basin or two is no problem, but a reply would have been good. Five stars otherwise.
