It took Little Fields Farm 7 (seven!) days to dispatch my order. I ordered on 3 December, today, on 20 December, I am still waiting. It’s certain that I won’t receive my order in time for Christmas. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter. Moreover, I was charged twice. The company didn’t react to my email informing them about the double payment. I had even included screenshots of the double booking. I had to call them to get a refund. I will never use Little Fields Farm again. Extremely disappointing service. Really bad experience.
