I ordered Defenders Mega-Sonic Solar Mole Spike after asking the colour and being told they were green. But when the arrived they were bright orange. I contacted Little Fields Farm and they sent me free return postage and said I would get full refund.
Customer Service is first class. I would have given 5 stars if the items had been the correct colour.
