I was somewhat surprised to learn right at the end of my purchase just how much the carriage cost was going to be. I appreciate that the goods were competitively priced but by the time the carriage charge was added I was actually paying more for the whole than from your competitors, I just couldn't be bothered going to the trouble of starting my order afresh with another supplier. A good eyecatching price but with a sting in the tail.
