I placed a big order (I Spent over 150 pounds) and when I received my order and one of the containers was damaged. I contacted the customer service who stated I had to take a picture and the fault and email it before I could receive a refund or replacement. (I wanted a replacement) I do not have a smartphone so I was unable to have the problem sorted. I feel a bit let down as there are a number of people who do have access to a smartphone and therefore cannot have their problems sorted.
