Very disappointed that the fruit cage netting sent in no way resembled the sizes ordered, and from their 'no reply' response as to replacement delays. I do not think this is a way to run a business. Better to state at the outset that new orders will suffer a two week or so delay, if that will help speed up settling orders that have not been fulfilled correctly.
