The order was easy to place and the product arrived quickly. Communication was excellent. The product looks good, although I haven't used it yet. The big disappointment is the amount of plastic used in the packaging - 2 layers of plastic for a product which I bought to avoid using plastic pots. There are plenty of alternatives these days, so please look into this. I would have given 5 Stars without the packaging issue.
