Items delivered (grow tunnels) were not as advertised and were all faulty. Also overcharged for delivery. Initially, customer support appeared good (hence 2 stars rather than 1) if rather slow, and they accepted that the items were not as advertised and that a partial refund for delivery would be considered. But rather than offer an immediate refund without further inconvenience for me, delays continued and once I had asked explicitly for a refund Little Fields Farm appeared to create more delays and cause more unnecessary work for me. This matter is now in the hands of third parties who Little Fields Farm may find it difficult to ignore.
I had given Little Fields Farm 2 stars based on the previous paragraph. But a week later they are STILL causing delays to avoid refunding and causing us further inconvenience, for example by failing to make a collection on the day they chose for the collection.
