The reason for 3 stars is that my order took longer than it should to arrive. When I phoned, the customer service was excellent, the person I spoke to was helpful. The delay was due to one of the 3 items I'd ordered not being in stock. It would be more useful if your website showed if items are out of stock because customers can decide whether to go ahead anyway, or skip the item.
