First time purchasing from your online shop. Prices are very competitive with a good selection of items. Fairly good communication. I am not impressed with the time it is taking to receive my items, especially since I ordered them nearly 2 weeks ago. I understand an item wasn't in stock/damaged but it still took a long time for the order to be processed, picked and sent with a very slow courier. I now have to wait at home all day for the package to arrive on my day off (Sunday) because I don't have the option to have it redelivered, posted to a neighbour's, picked up a depot, etc. This was not the expedient postage that was advertised. If I had paid for shipping I would have been really miffed.
