Ordered and got email confirmation but no further updates. Phone not answered and emails not replied to so 8 days after ordering I opened a complaint with PayPal still no response. It was only a negative review on Facebook that finally got a response (within 53 minutes) sorry for order issue please call them. Tried that no pick up so asked them to respond to my emails and the PayPal complaint. Three hours later another FB message from them saying issues with stock reordering on new computer and apparently the order will be delivered on Saturday 23rd. Really taking aside that poor excuse they should have got in touch when they got my order and kept me updated and if no stock given the option of cancel and refund. Needless to say still no reply to my emails or PayPal. Customers understand problems happen in businesses big and small and it is how issues are handled by the retailer that affects the customer shopping experience. In this case there was a total lack of communication and regard for customer service I would not recommend.
