It took Liitle Fields 5 weeks to deliver my order from stock. During this period I was unable to get a response from Little Fields. The website told me that orders cannot be cancelled but goods can be returned. I was reluctant to pay the cost of returning a large 8kg parcel so reluctantly kept the grass seed which I really needed some weeks ago.
I only received the product after I escalated my complaint with PayPal. The website now says goods can take 15 days to be delivered, be warned mine took over 5 weeks: ordered 31March, delivered 4May.
