It was my first order and placed just after the start of the COVID-19 lockdown, so, bad timing. I emailed I think after 2 weeks about the order and got no reply. I emailed again around the 4 week period stating I needed to know asap as my plants needed new larger pots and they responded quickly. Due to part of the order being unavailable we agreed that't I'd receive the items they could provide and refund me the rest. This was all done promptly and I was able to obtain the other items locally. They stayed open and seemed very busy and although communication could have been better I think they deserve a thumbs up as does any business trying during these time. So thanks and yes I would be more than happy to purchase again
