I was able to speak to a person on the phone which was not possible at a later date and heard straight away that what I wanted was available . It too k quite a long time for the order to go out , but this was due to circumstances that could to be controlled . I had an email about this . When there was no delivery I was able to get info. in a day or 2 that there was a problem with Parcel force driver not using the correct procedure , they contacted me and I learned that my parcel was at the local post office. I had to provide ID but then received it.
