Absolutely shocking, non existent service. I've been super patient with covid, but no email confirmation once ordered (but money from paypal taken). Emailed 3 times. No response. They have no phone service. So still no idea if they even have my order, let alone when I'll get it. It's now been 17 days. Avoid. They are not fit for purpose. I know it's challenging times but if you continue to take copious online orders, you should provide an admin service. Get a virtual PA if you need to. There are easy solutions. But don't leave us with no communication. Disgusting customer service.
*And I note that you can reply on here in the last day to a low star review on here to defend your reputation and I quote "we do not believe we have provided a dreadful service at all"?! Common guys. Own up to your gaps in service and put them right.
