A truly appalling online shopping experience. Order placed online 2 May and automatic confirmation received. No information received after that and no phone service was available. So I emailed 11 May. No response. On 13 May an automated message to say order had been despatched by ParcelForce. I won’t go into the ParcelForce tracking messages but it’s proved impossible to make any contact with either ParcelForce or Little Fields Farm to find out where the order is. Today 23 May, 3 weeks after placing the order, and not having been able to speak to anyone for information, I have emailed to request a refund. My advice would be stay clear. There’s no excuse for poor customer service at any time.
