I have sent two emails and number of phone calls which has an answering machine
So I did write to you immediately saying the product you sent was the wrong one and therefore not satisfied
I needed 10 l bags instead I have received 5L bags
I paid first class and didn’t receive my order until I reminded you that I have not received my order
