So I got the (good value) (excellent) product eventually, but only after about 4 weeks; I could accept that if they kept me informed but the dispiriting part is that their customer service team simply did not respond to 3 email enquiries from me as to why it was taking so long, even after it was saying it had been despatched and they clearly don’t have the back-end system to let customers see the status of the order. I hate writing bad reviews but I suspect this is a well-meaning small business but that it is under resourced for full-on e-commerce. Perhaps they can sort this out. I hope so.
